SP6R-LSC Lift Station Controller
The SP6R-LSC Lift Station Controller is simplicity at its best, incorporating numerous control and monitoring features into one user-friendly unit. This easy-to-use microprocessor-based controller monitors the level in the wet well via a submersible pressure transducer or any other device with a 4-20 mA signal output. The SP6R-LSC controller displays level set points, pump run time, pump cycle count and actual level. In addition, it also provides pump alternation and has a simulation feature. The controller can be configured for pump down or pump up applications.
Four programmable relay outputs are rated at 10A at 240 VAC: two for pump starter run commands, a low level alarm and a high level alarm. The 20 segment scalable bar graph displays the level of the wet well. Each bar represents five percent of full scale. The avionics grade LED display has eight alpha-numeric characteristics for process value display and program parameters. The controller has a key pad with arrow keys which are used to navigate through the configuration for adjusting set points. Alarms can be configured to latch until the fault reset button is pressed. The SP6R-LSC also has indicators for each pump: run lights, seal fail indicators, and over temperature indicators (seal fail modules sold separately).
The SP6R-LSC Duplex Lift Station Controller is also available in a NEMA 4X enclosure. These units are ideal for replacing float switch or “bubbler” control systems.
