Purchase Terms
  1. SJE-Rhombus sells certain products and replacement parts (collectively the "goods") through this site. Your purchase of such goods is governed exclusively by these terms of purchase. Any communication by the purchaser to SJE-Rhombus to purchase goods will be treated by SJE-Rhombus as a request to purchase. Our response, however communicated, will be to sell the purchaser the requested goods under these terms of purchase. SJE-Rhombus opposes to any terms that are in addition to or different from these terms of purchase, unless agreed to in writing by SJE-Rhombus.

  2. All prices are FOB Detroit Lakes, MN or other specified shipping point. All prices are subject to any additions that may be necessary to cover any duties, taxes or charges. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

  3. You will select the terms of payment when entering your order on the SJE-Rhombus order form.

  4. Title and Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. You will select the carrier when entering your order on the SJE-Rhombus order form.
  5. Claims for shortages or damages not related to shipping must be made to SJE-Rhombus within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods. Damages caused by shipping are not the responsibility of SJE-Rhombus.

  6. You will be solely responsible for the proper application, installation and service of these purchased goods. You must follow the SJE-Rhombus installation instructions supplied to you in each product carton by SJE-Rhombus.

  7. SJE-Rhombus stands behind each product sold at this site with a three year-limited warranty. Returned material authorization (RMA) numbers must be assigned to products being returned under warranty. Contact your customer service representative at 1-888-342-5753 or 1-218-847-1317 for instructions on returning a product under warranty.

  8. SJE-Rhombus and you will not be considered to be in violation of these terms of purchase due to acts of God or acts of third parties outside of the control of SJE-Rhombus or you.

  9. These terms of purchase represent the only agreement between us for the purchase of selected goods, unless otherwise modified in writing executed by both SJE-Rhombus and you. The laws of the state of Minnesota, USA will govern the purchase.

  10. New orders are confirmed at the time of receipt. This confirmation will state the part number (s) and quantity being ordered, product pricing, ship to and bill to locations, method of payment and anticipated ship date. Please contact SJE-Rhombus customer service immediately with any questions on your order confirmation.
